During my most recent dining outing, my husband and I met up with my best friend and her husband who were in from Denver at Jack’s Firehouse. Since it had been some time since we had all been together, it was already going to be a good night. We ordered the appetizer special of calamari which was absolutely delish along with the roasted Brussel sprouts. The fried chicken, steaks, and risotto were cooked perfectly. What was even better was the service. It is not every day that you meet a server that can just take your dining experience from good to AMAZING! That is exactly what Zach did during our visit to Jack’s. He made sure we were always taken care of, but also took the time to get to know his customers and let the customers get to know him. He was full of humor and kept us laughing all night. I wish more people in general were like this. Most restaurants that I visit typically have good food, but rarely do they have GREAT service. When I find a place that does both really well, i will for sure be a returning customer.
