Avaliação da contribuiçãoI just ordered from Oregon Steaks a week ago and sadly, I was very disappointed . It was $30 after ordering 1 cheese steak with extra wiz and it was a big disappointment! (Cost was almost $14 with the added extra wiz) The steak was the size of half of other cheese steaks you can get anywhere and I ordered a side of chicken tenders all of which were all ligament and fried skin with barely any actual chicken. I will not tell anyone to order from here and I definitely won 't. Sadly the worst place I have been for food. Perhaps it was just a bad night but again, I won 't be ordering anything else
Oregon Steaks is great! We stayed in South Philly and kept forgetting about dinner until it was too late. Oregon Steaks came through! They had a ton of variety, the combinations were unlimited, and the quality was impeccable!
Pros: open 24hrs, they take cards, gravy cheese fries were a hitCons: cheesesteak is very small, dry, and lacking flavor by Philadelphia standards
This is my go to Philly Cheesesteak spot. It’s not famous, it’s not fancy, but it’s near my house and they are typically open at the odd hours I keep. They have killer breakfast all the way to cheesesteaks and then the ultimate, fries with roast beef, gravy and cheese. I cannot forget to mention their perfect Texas Tommy. Just go there or order.I’m not saying you’re going to love it, but if you don’t, then I cannot be sure you even like food.
The meat was too chewy and barely had any flavor. Fortunately the wiz saved it, I just wish they would put a little more on. Portions are fairly small too, if you’re hungry the cheesesteak alone won’t fill you up. This place isn’t bad but it’s far from the best Philly cheesesteak.
