Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe arrived at the place, after the payment for a uber, especially to get to the restaurant, only to learn that the restaurant no longer exists. it is permanently closed, but still appeared on open table that made us waste time and money. open table is clearly not reliable. I hope they'll find a way to do that right.
The restaurant was closed last Friday night (7-27-18) and seems to have gone out of business, although our reservation was confirmed by open table.
Here's an idea: don't enable reservations (Open Table) to restaurants which are no longer open. Reservation accepted, went to the location and it's no longer in operation. Wasted trip.
I hope this was an off night for Zento. The entire experience was really bad, from soggy edamame to an hour before food rolls were served...won’t be coming back.
We waited for 10 min before a host even came over to us to seat us. Then another 10 before the waitress came to take our drink order. We were at the restaurant for an hour and a half before we got our food. Three tables came ate and left before we even got our order. We ended up taking our food to go because it took so long to get our food. The sushi wasn’t even that good and was deffinetly not worth the price. I will never go back
