Dunkin' - Phillipsburg

The tea was delicious, but the food items that were provided were stale, old, and dry. It would have been better if they had been thrown out and a refund for those items (munchkins and muffins) should have been given.

I always love the wraps and refreshers at this restaurant, they are consistently excellent. However, during my most recent visit, I received my drink and wraps but not the donuts that I had ordered and paid for.

The frozen coffee at this cafe was enjoyable. However, the bagel I ordered was slightly burnt, and I did not receive the donuts I had also ordered (but I was reimbursed for them).

I dont know why but for some unforseeable reason they always make our drinks way too strong with hardly any milk or ice. And not even just coffee but matcha as well. I dont know what were doing wrong

I used to visit this Dunkin' Donuts frequently and always ordered the same thing. Unfortunately, about every third or fourth visit, my drink would be incorrect. It's understandable for mistakes to happen occasionally, but it was happening too often. When I reached out to management about the issue, I was told to ask for a specific person to make my drink when placing my order. Instead of suggesting individual solutions, I believe the staff should be properly trained to prevent these errors. My order is simple - coffee with a flavor, cream, and sugar - and should not require special requests to be made correctly. I just want to be able to order my coffee and have it made right.
