I was the last customer of the day, arriving just before closing time. Evelyne provided excellent customer service, as did Marina.

I quickly grabbed a smoothie from this restaurant and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! I tried their latest almond milk flavor, Coconut Berry Bliss, and it was incredibly tasty. The smoothie was well blended, not too overpowering with coconut, and just overall amazing. The restaurant is bright, spacious, and has good air conditioning. It's conveniently located near shopping areas, with a Walgreens nearby on Tbird. The food, ambiance, and staff were all fantastic. The two employees who assisted me were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend trying this place out!

I informed the manager at this restaurant about my unpleasant experience at the Bethany Home Road location. She apologized sincerely and assured me that she would address the issue. Despite this incident, the restaurant is still very clean and the staff, especially the women, are very friendly. They took my feedback seriously and were attentive to my concerns. It was not clear why the store had been closing early or for the entire day recently. However, they agreed that I should be compensated for going out of my way to dine there. I wholeheartedly agree with this. The woman I spoke to has been working at Jamba Juice for 2 years and I believe she should be promoted to general manager. She knows how to prioritize customer satisfaction, which is crucial in today's world.

I love Jamba Juice and the staff at this location. They always treat me well and I enjoy the free birthday drink rewards. My favorite drinks are the Watermelon juice, apple juice, and the mixed blend of banana, pineapple, mango, and strawberries. It's all blended perfectly and tastes amazing.

I visit this restaurant when the kids are at school. There is typically one person who opens the restaurant by themselves. They always open on time, or even a little early, and maintain a friendly demeanor, even when there are five customers waiting. The restaurant is always clean, but I feel bad for the worker who handles everything alone. They are a hard worker who treats everyone well, and my drink is always made perfectly. They could use some help.
