Novel Ice Cream - Phoenix

The earthy cosmos sorbet at Big Ice is truly refreshing, especially on a hot day. The donut-filled ice was also delicious, though it would probably be even better enjoyed in winter. The service was excellent, and Kerl was fantastic—very friendly and incredibly helpful!

I tried the donut and a few flavors of ice cream, and I must go back to try the waffle option. The donut was warm, providing a nice contrast to the cold ice cream. The service was quick, even though it was quite busy on a Tuesday afternoon. The server was patient with all the kids and their questions. There’s no indoor seating, but there’s a charming shaded terrace with a few tables available.

The ice cream here is incredible and has even won awards, according to the friendly staff member who served us. It's clear that they have a true passion for ice cream, as they are so knowledgeable about it! I also loved the atmosphere—the alley where the shop is located is perfect for taking pictures and enjoying some delicious treats.

Absolutely delicious. I wasn't quite sure how ice would work on a warm donut, but quite awesome as it turns out! I had the honey slave and my daughter had the cookie monster. both were fabulous. cute small opposite also! highly recommended and worth the drive.

Local ice cream shop with very unique flavors. This place and the ice cream is not like any other place you've been to before. It's located in a neighborhood in downtown with a few mini businesses next door. It's good place to be especially if you want to get out on the weekends. They had a wide selection of ice cream that can be placed in a cup, cone or donut. The ice cream is rich and flavorful. My personal favorite is the honey lavender. The flavor is intricate and hard to describe but once you have it, it's hard to choose something different. Great place to come if you're in the mood for a late night treat.
