Novel Ice Cream - Phoenix

Not a big ice fan at first. Hot crispy donut cut half with ice and crisp berries, yes! Only the correct amount of all ingredients and fulfilled the sweet desire after dinner. I went for vanilla ice cream with a sweeter topping, worked for me, but they have several big flavors and toppings, sure to bring someone so you can share!

I got Hawaiian Delight with sprinkles in a donut. Really good!! I will say that the donut does almost cover the flavor of the ice cream in this case. Next time I'll try just the ice cream. They make their own ice cream in small batches, so they can run out of popular flavors. Enjoy!!

Another discovery while researching for ice cream shops in downtown, have literally never seen a place with five stars on over 900 reviews. I was curious about the place and wanted to try out what the hype was all about. The shop is located in a very cute area, there are other stores as well novel ice cream is a nice pink color small shop in the group. You were greeted by a very friendly staff, given that this was our first time at the ice cream place explained the different options and also the dough Melt. Based on the information provided the place has one a number of awards for their ice creams as well as donut ice cream. Fun I wanted to try the Dough Melt and went with a recommendation on ice cream, it lived up to the hype was delicious and was gone in less than 90 seconds. Really enjoyed the warm exterior of the donut with the cold ice cream and the crisps in the middle giving it a burst of flavors and textures in every bite. Overall really unique experience and we absolutely enjoyed it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an ice cream place in downtown Phoenix to try it out.

I couldn't decide between the chocolate and strawberry so I chose mini scoops of both. I've NEVER had strawberry ice cream this good. It's made with fresh strawberries. It was so delicious and the service was stellar! Many thanks for this excellent treat!

Listen I live in Italy and have been the past 4 years. So please trust me when I say this ice cream is amazing I am grateful enough to eat Italian gelato whenever I please but I still think of Novel. I have been here three times and it never disappoints. I go out of my way every single time I am in Phoenix to come here. 10/10 recommend the Cookie Monster and honey lavender is to die for.
