Nobody kicked me out while waiting for my drink so it was a 5 Star experience!

The beverages, customer service and super clean store are A L L OUTSTANDING!! The manager and associates are SO truly AWESOMENE EVERY visit!! I'm SO GRATEFUL FOR ALL OF THEIR PATIENT KIND CARE!! THEY ARE INCREDIBLY HARD WORKING, YET ALWAYS READY TO ASSIST!! Thank You SO much for ALL YOU DO!!

This grumpy man was extremely rude to one of the baristas, but she handled the situation with grace and provided excellent customer service. People like him are the reason many avoid working in the service industry. If he didn't like what she was doing, he should just make his own coffee. Regardless, I'm really proud of her for staying composed. I believe her name was Ashley? Also, the peppermint mocha is so delicious! I'm thrilled it's back on the menu!

I've been using crutches for a while, and I wanted to share my experience at this restaurant. The staff noticed my situation and went out of their way to bring my mobile coffee to my car the next day. I only wish my doctor could be as attentive and friendly! Thank you, Baristas!
