Wendy's - Phoenix

During my latest visit, I was the eighth person in line at 11:00 am, right in the middle of the lunch rush, so I anticipated a bit of a wait. After waiting twenty-four minutes, I finally received my order. Once I parked to enjoy my meal—remember, I was on a one-hour lunch break—I discovered that the chili I ordered was ice cold. And the fries? Still cold, just as they had been during my previous visits. In an attempt to address this, I called the restaurant, but no one answered. So, I decided to go back. When I arrived, the lobby door was locked! It left me wondering where the management was and why there seemed to be no sense of care for customers. I'm beyond disappointed with this establishment. I’m giving up on this location; it seems like the staff needs more support, or perhaps a manager who actually cares. This has been my worst experience here ever.

I like their new choices of making the sandwich a double. Great addition to the menu. Curly frys are always a plus. Overall great job...I've come here many times over the years and they never disappoint

Ordered breakfast through the app for a 930am pick up time. Nobody showed up to work to open the restaurant. Sat in the parking lot until 10am, left and returned at 11am, and they were still trying to open. They did eventually replace my breakfast bacaonater meal with a lunch bacaonater meal, 2 hours later. I will not be ordering through the app from this location again.

Honestly this establishment needs to drug test their employees. I had ordered a burger from them off doordash and some baconator fries. But someone on their line thought it would be funny to give us a bun and tomatoes as a joke. As well as regular fries which I was still having to pay extra on. When I tried to call to get this mistake fixed. Nobody answered the phone after 3 attempts. I would not eat at this Wendy's again. Their management and staff might need to be overhauled.

We had to wait behind six cars in front of us, and honestly, the service is always slow here, whether it's morning or afternoon! We keep hoping it will improve, but after today, I’m not sure we’ll be returning. The staff seems to be in such a rush that they often get our orders wrong or forget something. I miss the days when fast food was both affordable and of good quality. Personally, I prefer hot, fresh food, but it seems like these fast-food places are serving items that have just been sitting out.
