Avaliação da contribuiçãoTo start off, I've been coming to this location for about a few year's now. Told everyone this is the place to go, very good service and great tasting food. But lately... The last few times I have been keep getting worse and worse.. Being from longer wait time, missing items on my order and always cold fries...Well this last time I was the eighth person in line, cool, it is 11:00 am lunch rush. I was prepared for the wait. Twenty four minutes later I get my order, it is what it is.. So I park to enjoy my meal, Remind you on on an hour lunch break. To my surprise the Chilli I order is ice cold. AND WHAT NEW FRIES.. STILL THE SAME COLD FRIESLAND. So being near the restaurant I call.. No Awser!... So I head back.. Lobby door is locked!... I mean, where is the care, where is a manager. So disappointed with this place. I give up on the location. SORRY, but the staff needs help... Or manager that cares.!.. Worst experience ever..
6 cars in front of us ???????????, everytime we come here weather it?s morning or afternoon there service is ALWAYS slow !! We keep thinking it will change but after today I don?t think we will be coming back. Since there always in rush mode they tend to mess up the order or miss something. I miss cheap food with good quality. Personally I like hot fresh food! But these fast foods have been giving food thats just been sitting there.
The manger in this location is very poorly conducted, she very disrespectful to her employees and doesn't respect hard working individuals Maryann gave me attitude the day of 7/27/22 at 11.47am I went in for a order and asked if it might be ready and was met with her saying I don't know so mind you I asked politely and she was rude and bothered about a different situation and she was only a few feet from the actual computer detailing all order information when I asked how long would it be she processed her tyrannical behavior toward me when I finely had enough I put her in her place by identifying her attitude was very wrong and no human should be treated in such a way and let her know I was a manger in my previous experience and that's not the sort of misconduct to be apart of as the caregiver of this location she should focus on her customer service because it's clearly off and I'm sure she engages often as she avoided to give me her Area Supervisor number or information such as email or any method of contact and met with her pressuring me to accept the survey part of it to share my feedback when I as a Manger know those surveys go right back to person in charge of the store unless escalated through internal resources as to avoid accountability for her behavior I'm writing this in hopes any person in a higher position contact me to share my experience. Attention Please don't go here and applaud people getting mistreated and disrespected stand up and help fight the unjustified behavior by punishing her losing all business until something is done
Ordered breakfast through the app for a 930am pick up time. Nobody showed up to work to open the restaurant. Sat in the parking lot until 10am, left and returned at 11am, and they were still trying to open. They did eventually replace my breakfast bacaonater meal with a lunch bacaonater meal, 2 hours later. I will not be ordering through the app from this location again.
This location has gone down the tube. I keep going back because it?s the only one near me hoping it will get better. The drive thru takes FOREVER! They take orders one at a time. You order , drive up, pay and wait for food?THEN they take the next drive thru order. They don?t know how to multitask. And the last 3 times I went the spicy chicken sandwich was so old!
