Workers did not seem surprised, phased or apologetic at all when a refund was received. Woman before us in line received a refund after having waited three hours. Avoid the situation except you? Not hungry. You'll wait forever!
Pizza came 2 hours late. Was almost cold as it was said to sit online in the store an hour before delivery. It took over two and a half hours to come here since the order for the pizza. When I arrived, it was the worst Dominos pizza I ever had. This situation is terrible. Try to cancel an hour after the order, as it has not been done yet, but no one answered the phone. repeatedly called and was stopped for 20 minutes.
Don't worry about a weekend. Chaotic order management, long delays, staff not properly masked. Too bad the pizzas are good.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service and energy! The food was great and the order was perfect. I couldn't say enough about my experience. I ordered pickup and unfortunately not their names, but great job guys!
I ordered a pizza from Domino's busing the online ordering feature at 11:00 PM. The website told me to expect the pizza around 11:40PM. I waited and waited and nothing ever showed up. Then, I get a text at 1:15AM that the driver is on the way. I fell asleep around 1:30AM or 1:45AM and still no pizza. I walk out of my place this morning and there is a pizza on my doorstep. Tried to call for a refund this morning and was told the General Manager had to do it and that she wasn't in until later in the day. I called back later in the day and was told that the GM was way too busy to come to the phone. What a joke this place is! That's the last time I'll be calling Domino's! ??
