Avaliação da contribuiçãoFriendly place, the staff are lovely and even remembered my drink better than I did haha. It is quite sad to hear how the tourist industry has been hit with covid (as is the case everywhere) you can tell this area was once a bustling area. I do hope things pick up soon.
We didn't go on a busy night but had some food, good menu options if looking for a break from thai food. Good prices too.
A fun place. The reception girls were so nice and helpful. Best fish and chips I've had. Stayed three nights in the guest house. It was good for the price. Nothing amazing but everything worked and it was in a great location.
We had Sunday Roast last week with our travailing band from Sunday Roast addiction at ANGUS O'TOOLS in Karon. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, the owner was warm and informative without being on your face. The desserts were incredibly delectable, as much as I asked to take his last trifle home. Unfortunately it was not plated for removal, so he carefully packed the parfait bowl in a container and simply asked that I go back when I passed! THAT's service and THAT's why we recommend Angus O'Tools to anyone who enjoys great food and service.
Room is big and lovely, also staff are friendly. Maurice the manager goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. To begin with the air con wasn't working and it was so hot we could not sleep but a lady staff member brought us a big modern fan up to our room 4 flights of stairs up and soon after fixed the air conditioning so all well, couldn't do enough for us. Food also good and recommend the breakfast. He also put football on in our room so hubby could watch at 3am but they got beat anyway ha but would definitely come back.
