Aunt Beas - Pilot Mountain

I eat there every time I go to Pilot Mountain. I’m building a home there and can’t wait to live closer. Their food is delicious.

I have to say the appearance of the food was not attractive. As they say, don't write a book on the cover. The food tasted delicious. Barbecue was excellent and the baked beans were very delicious. We ordered the record for $8. Great. Fast service, delicious food and very clean. Very recommended!

I had a frustrating experience at Aunt Bea's restaurant. My food was poorly packaged and spilled everywhere when I got home. Despite the mess, the manager was very understanding and apologized for the inconvenience. He offered to replace the meal or provide gift certificates. I appreciated his professionalism and thanked him for his help. Overall, Aunt Bea's did a great job handling the situation, even though the initial experience was disappointing. I wish I could remember the name of the manager I spoke to, as I would like to personally thank him. Thank you for your excellent customer service! I am deducting one star for the issue with the packaging, but I was satisfied with the resolution.

I lived in Surry and this is the first time I'm here. Pretty good home style food and amazing respectful people.

Stopd after visiting Pilot Mountain. The BBQ sandwiches with Cole Slav were excellent and the peach calf was as if Aunt Bea had made it himself. Take Aunt Bea's BBQ sauce. Definitely worth the stop!
