Never checked on us once to see if the food was ok or anything for that matter. Never communicated that the substations we asked for weren't able to be done, just dropped the plates off and only came back when we were done eating and at that point I just wanted the check. I will never sit down in this restaurant again, but will use their order pick up
The waitress didn 't bother asking about refills, I sat there for about a half an hour while my family continued to eat with an empty plate and glass. Waitress was AWOL most of the time. The food was great but it 's hard to get the most of the bottomless when you can 't find your waitress until everyone else in the party is easy to leave
Service was great. It was my first time at a Red Robbin. Food took a long time for a restaurant, especially a burger joint.
Do not waste your time. Management and employees use the excuse of Lack of Staff to cover for incompetence and poor quality food. Stop using Lack of Staff to ignore paying customers and serve food that is worse than McDonald 's takeout.After waiting a half hour for my order....I got a burger that contained more grease than burger. Plus I received a total of 4 steak fried covered in grease.
They lost our appetizers and I had to point it out after we ate our dinner because the waiter didn't come back to check in with us until he noticed me staring at him after I noticed the apps were on my bill.Vegetarian options: You can change a burger to an impossible burger for a $3.50 up charge
