Burger King - Pineville

Went to this location once and ordered a whopper and bit down on something hard I spit it out it out and it was a fake finger nail it and their drinks didn’t have no ice in it.

Terrible service, out of advertised menu , cold food. If I was not in a hurry I would have returned the food I received. I was the only customer there and had to pull away from the pickup window because they wanted the timer to stop running. This location has become one of the worse of all the burger king in the area. The owner needs to make sure they have trained people and not try rush the customer through so their time will show good service. There is hardly ever any cars there. There has to be a reason people are not using this location. The cost has become a major factor as well. $25 for 2 cold meals is outrageous. I hope the owner reads the reviews and takes necessary steps to improve the store.

Great service. It looked like they were short handed but they were still super nice and our food didn't take but maybe 7min and we had a big order . Everything was correct and you don't see that hardly anywhere!

Probably the only burger King I've had in the U.S. that was actually as good as in the other countries I've been

They didn 't have anything I wanted from the menu and they had a delivery truck there closing up. They had no excuse for being out of stuff. When I made a comment about not having stuff, the manager said sarcastically over the headset, 'We do have items. '
