Cold Stone Creamery - Pinole

Never liked this place... just want a shovel and go... You don't need to have a coconut tree for my toppings big polite...

I give 5 stars for the ice cream and 4 stars for customer service. There's definitely room for improvement in the service. The ice cream here is amazing; Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream shop. Their vanilla milkshakes are the best I've ever had, along with the cake batter. I only wish the customer service was more cheerful, and I'm hopeful that the employees are well compensated.

It’s absolutely worth a visit! The establishment and its staff are exceptional. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect spot to relax. The ice is outstanding—truly delicious and very reasonably priced.

The ice was fantastic, but the service left something to be desired. The staff didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic or happy about their work. On the positive side, they clearly had a great understanding of the drink blends.
