The food was really good. My last visit was horrible. Food and service were off. That was a few months ago. It looks like there's new management and staffing. The food was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My only disappointment was there was only one strawberry biscuit left. But the apple pie was just as delicious! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Service was satisfactory, no complaints. Menu appears to be incomplete certain meals don't appear on the illuminated signage above the order counter. About the same place I visited 5 years ago. could be a little cleaner, but it was passable. Glad they have opened up a location in the North Hills area. Hope it doesn't draw in the undesirable inferiors. Hope those individuals continue to go to KFC to be served by their brethren who can't get an order correct to save their lives!!!!! Typical of that Cleveland based franchise. Too bad that the food police have determined that Popeye's food is, health wise, the worst of the fast food entries overall, let alone worst, in the fast food chicken category. Oh well.

Don't be in a hurry if you want to eat here. I made an online order and STILL waited in the parking lot over an HOUR. NOTHING was compensated, and the food wasn't even all that. It's not worth the waiting in my opinion. Over 60 dollar for fast food that was anything but. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
