WORST restaurant experience of my life. After an hour of waiting for our food, we asked what the delay was. The waitress said that the owner went on vacation and they were a little short staffed. OK, but then after another 25 minutes of waiting, we asked when our food was going to be served. We were told maybe in 20 minutes since the to go orders were prioritized and we kept getting pushed to the bottom of the list (all excuses and unapologetic). Needless to say, we left without eating. Perhaps they aren't interested in serving out of town guests. Shame on you Starlite Lounge you should be embarrassed.
