The Terrace Room - Pittsburgh

The staff at The Terrace Room are always wonderful! They are very attentive and strive to make sure everything is perfect.

Server was great food was good and came quickly the only issue was we had 9 people at a tiny table 75% of the dining area was empty so was disappointed we had to sit on top of each other for lunch.everything else was great!

Please note because I did not know that the restaurant prepares the tea 48 hours in advance. So you must decide on which tea you would like when you place the reservation. Because it is difficult to speak to anyone at the hotel (they will send you to Open Table for the reservation), this can be tricky. The tea itself was good, but we were surprised when we arrived that the decision about the tea had been made for us.

The service was wonderful, the buffet was just standard greasy spoon items and my hollandaise for my benedict was not good at all. The eggs however, were cooked perfectly.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was friendly and very attentive. The restaurant and hotel are beautiful. I would highly recommend!
