District Kitchen - Pittsfield

The experience was average. The burger and fries were decent. However, the Cuban sandwich did not meet expectations as it was not toasted enough and lacked flavor, resembling more of a sandwich with ham and a bland cut of pork meat.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for get-togethers! The service is top-notch, and I ordered the Brie Burger with a gluten-free bun which was very tasty. I also added some homemade pickles and bacon, making it even more delicious. The restaurant has a unique and eclectic atmosphere, located in downtown Pittsfield, MA.

Embedded by the south street, this vintage gastropub had it all on point. we spent a week near hancock and visited district kitchen twice. we both sat on the bar. the service was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. district kitchen is a great place to enjoy tapas style teller, but the menu also offers medium and larger style plates. we enjoyed the Spanish and Mediterranean influence on the menu, and district takes garlauch garnelen, patatas bravas and parmesan broccolini. more traditional options are available, such as flatbreads and steak/peace. great mood, excellent cocktails, we would be definitiw back!

The service was wonderful along with the food.! I am rating it at three out of five for the fact of it is very crowded space felt very cramped didn’t have much room to even get into the chair at our table, everyone was on top of each other. You would have to be if you wanted to see each other.! The lighting was horrible we couldn’t even read the menu without using our phones for light.! Which then make you feel awkward with a bright light in a dark restaurant.. I say order take out because the food was delicious..!

Horrible experience!!!It’s just not right to make my family wait for more than an hour and a quarter to serve food.After waiting all this time, my steak and fries came so cold and bad quality. Same for my wife’s chicken. I’m not sure if they forgot it or the food was already used.I asked for the manager twice, but he never came.I waited for him on the entrance and explained the situation, he’s like I didn’t know!What a disrespectful way to treat people
