Avaliação da contribuiçãoI went through the drive thru. They didn't put the lid on my coffee so scalding hot coffee spilled down my hand when it was handed off to me. After the third time being there and them not getting anything right and burning me, Never again. 5 years later I did it again. And I asked for a black coffee so when I get it with cream and sweetener I know you can't do anything right.

Overcharged during Friday morning rush. We were in drive thru and didn't realize until after we were thru. It was incredibly busy and and of course they didn't give us a receipt so we were SOL this time.
Probably one of the worst Dunkin's I have ever been too. I can't speak for the drinks but the donuts are ALWAYS STALE, last time I went I specifically asked if they had fresh donuts because I didn't want to waste my money on another one I couldn't even bite in too. The employee said yes they're fresh and low and behold another crunchy donut.
Conducted a delivery to this location. Manager and staff were not only lazy in wanting to put away there merchandise upon delivery, but rude as hell and trying to complain about my job in which had no relevancy to the delivery. SMHI can cope with many complaints on this location. I’ve delivered to other places and never this rude or lazy.I conduct my job as instructed by my company. Clearly they should be focused on helping customers but should seek new employmees for this location.
