The seating and dining area were clean and orderly, and the restrooms were very well maintained during our last visit. There was plenty of parking available, including spots for vehicles with trailers or vans.
I got exactly what I ordered, and the staff were friendly and professional. The only downside was that they were slower than most McDonald's locations. There was no one in the restaurant and just one other car in the drive-thru, yet we still waited longer than usual. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, and we'll probably return the next time we're in the area.
I have a terrible experience every time I visit this McDonald's. I have to repeat my order about nine times between the speaker and the food window, and I still end up getting only half of what I asked for. The service is incredibly slow; I've waited for my food at the drive-thru while three people who ordered after me left before I did. Plus, some of the staff in the drive-thru are downright rude and ignorant. The only exception is a girl named Ella Ebony, who is the only pleasant one. It's honestly ridiculous; I wouldn't waste my time or money here.
I can't believe how terrible it was! The manager was too busy to help with a simple order. Waiting 20 minutes for a burger and fries? Never again. The service was the worst!
I just visited this restaurant, and they messed up my order as it was passed from one window to the next. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon and a cheeseburger, but when I got home, instead of the cheeseburger, they gave me an apple pie. The mix-up is understandable, but the mistakes were similar. My double quarter pounder seemed like it was assembled by someone who dropped it in the middle, and my fries were supposed to be large but were only half-full. The only thing that was correct in my entire order was the drink. This place is disorganized, poorly managed, and shows a complete lack of concern for customers. From now on, I’ll be looking for somewhere else to eat.
