Grandy's - Plano

I believe this is my first time here at this Grandy's. Food is amazing. Awesome atmosphere.

I love the food but I just didn't like they served it on a plastic plate

Food and service nice. Had to wait for fresh steaks... only complaint was the men's room sewer smell. Let's fix it already. It's been there for months.

Had lunch there today...everything was great. Haven't been to a Grandy's in 20 years. This location is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Chicken Fried Steak was good and everything was hot and fresh. Overall a great experience.

I hadn’t eaten at a Grandy’s in years and years! Just realized we have one in our neighborhood and I dragged us out to check it out. We ate there on a Tuesday evening around 8…so after the evening rush. It was very quiet, in fact, we were the only customers there. But, we were greeted in a friendly manner and treated with graciousness. We ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner and a country fried streak dinner. We waited a few minutes longer than I expected- but when we checked on our food, we realized they were cooking our food fresh for us. Which brings me to the food. Don’t get me wrong, this is a fast food place- with all that you would expect- basic dining room, no table service, etc. However, we really enjoyed the dinner rolls and I really liked the corn. (I know, that seems strange- but it was good. We enjoyed the fried chicken- fresh, crunchy crust, nice flavor. I was less enthralled with the chicken fried steak- the crust was yummy, flavors nice, but it was more like a hamburger on the inside. Our meals were $8-$10 each. We will definitely go back!
