Mariposa At Neiman Marcus Willow Bend

There was only one wait staff employee to serve all diners. Consequently service suffered. A luxury retail estsblishment should have a backup if staffing is a problem or at least have a manager present to help fill water and explain the situation. The chef was helping all he could and the one waitress did the best she could. They just needed more help. There should have been a store manager present to help. Neiman's has already done away with their customer service department. What else are they going to do away with?

The Mariposa Restaurant at The Shops of Willow Bend Neiman Marcus is a lovely spot for lunch with friends, business meetings, and special celebrations. A perfect place for wedding showers, bridesmaid's lunches.

The restaurant always seems to have great service. The food is hit or miss as things like the chicken dishes are not made from high quality meat. However, their staple TRIO dish and most of their salsas are quite good. Don’t let the brand name fool you- it’s not superb by any means but it can be an enjoyable meal if you select the right food options from the menu and don’t mind a little noise thrown into the ambiance of your dining experience.

Always great food and service! Been dining here for years. The classic Neiman Marcus popovers and chicken broth served before each meal are a treat!

I love Mariposa because the experience is always wonderful and it is a quiet place to enjoy a visit with friends. The staff is courteous and attentive, the food excellent, and it is overall a lovely place to enjoy a meal.
