Avaliação da contribuiçãoI had to scrape off my sour cream from the tin foil and most of them were still hanging on it after the cup had crushed it with another bowl. She saw how I took it from my food and moved it on the other side of the bag. Only then did she offer another bag for the bowl. Next time I will only make sure that my sour cream and cheese in a separate container so that I actually get my sour cream. Usually this place is amazing and usually have no problems here, so more than likely just a free day for them.
This was the worst experience that I've had at Qdoba. I had not been in a while because Chipotle is closer to my house and tastes better, which is crazy to admit because I used to be a diehard Qdoba fan. I'm not sure which was worse, the staff or the food. I wasn't greeted in any way. The man behind the counter just stared at me until I started ordering and was rushing through my order, even though I was literally the only person in line. He made me feel like being there was an inconvenience to him. The woman at the register was no better. She spoke to her coworker making my order and didn't address me except to tell me the total. The food was beyond bland and there was hardly any chicken in any of my entrees. I feel like I wasted my money. This visit most certainly settled it for me. Only Chipotle from here on out.
I have ignored this for quite sometimes whether to write it but after reading several reviews who had the same issues. I do strongly agree with some of the reviews about staff being rude and unfriendly esp this particular lady who works there. She never greets or shows any kinda gratitude of us being there. Let 's give her the benefit of the doubt that she might have had some bad days; however, everytime i go there, she continues to be rude. Her eyes will glance above her big glasses without any words coming out of her mouth insituating that.. what else you want in your food, so I can hurry up and be on my phone. Only reason I love this place are the food is good and the line is short and now i know why the line is short. Just for that staff in particular It costs nothing to be kind but it can mean everything to someone else. If I am going to pay $26.00 (for 2 bowls) including tips, i dont think its too much to ask for a better service that this. Thank you very much.
Often this location almost weekly. Wife loves Qdoba but is sad that they no longer have the chopped raw onion selection. Queso diablo is the best! We usually get bowls, the boy gets tacos. The Burritos and Quesadillas are also great! Love the selection of all different toppings and meats. I wish they were closer to the mckinney/prosper/frisco area, we would be there several times a week. We have been here for about 10 years, and the food and experience are very consistent. I have seen that employees change over the years, the current staff is fine, not super friendly or editorial, but this is good with me, they get the work done in a timely and professional. The serving area is always clean. Tables, chairs and stands are well maintained in time. Beverage machine is always in stock with all choices. Cover, straw and cutlery are always in stock and legible. Would recommend to anyone wishing good tasting of Mexican food. Once again, I would like to look at such a facility in the Mckinney/Prosper area.
Ordered delivery off their website for delivery one and a half hours ahead of time, and the food arrived 40 minutes late. It ended up arriving long after my lunch break, and I couldn't be more disappointed. By the time it arrived, the food was lukewarm and and a giant soggy mess. It wasn't really the driver or the food prep's fault for the issue, but the coordination at this location must seriously be disorganized. The only reason why I'm giving two stars is because the food that arrived was fairly tasty for being a lukewarm mess.
