I wish I could give them A Big ZERO The store is very dirty ,empty, no empoly, no stocking ,fridge were empty or expired food . I went specifically to get bread . The old breads were there with mold on it. I came to the cashier waited ,finally the old guy the owner came from that corner, he smelled like weed ,he was smocking wed in the STORE WHERE PEOPLE COMES EAT and buys food .It was so bad I couldn't breath. I asked and showed the guy that there are molds covered the breads ,he is like because it is all preservatives ,he took and put it back where it belonged ,didnt bother to trash it . My question is do they even get inspection by city? We used to own a restaurant. every month unexpectedly we got visitors to check on us ,our store was the cleanest store ever . How they are still open? with all the negative reviews, please someone call their city? I drove there 25 -30 minutes to get bread ,I am very disappointed
We went to the market side to see what they had and everything was priced well with a huge variety of items. We picked up a Greek goat cheese and eggplant spread and both were delicious, but we also had the opportunity to try a couple of the baked pastry cookies while we were there and they were fantastic! We can't wait for our next visit and we're looking forward to trying the restaurant side as well!
I had a truly disappointing experience at this market. I purchased rice, only to discover it was infested with insects. Even a child knows that an air conditioner is essential to keep food fresh, especially in 100°F weather.
Based on their website, store closes at 9:30 pm. I drove 27 miles and arrived ay 9:10 .Store was closed!!!
