Mcdonald's - Plant City

Typical McDonald's... they repeated my order and it was wrong, I told them back in the window that it was wrong and she said it was corrected. After payment, I get my food out and my order was still wrong! They also accused me of it!! These people don't earn $15 an hour!! How hard is it to pack the food right!! Or to take an order right!?

It's gotta be tough running a Mcdonald's in good times, but the super slow dtivethru is dumb. They have had 10 months to practice. No all local TampaBay area locations are super slow.

Hands down, the slowest mcdonald's in the United States. Insanity. The only way to be slower, would be them closing. The only thing not wrong with my order was the drinks. Unreal

I'm sorry but I just have to be honest right here right now. Waited in the Drive-Thru for almost 10 minutes if not more just to place my order then waited almost another 10 minutes just to get to the window to get my food which was only a medium sweet tea and medium french fries and neither we're ready when I got to the pickup window. It wasn't until I drove off that I realized the fries we're not hot but if anything semi warm. I hate to say this but McDonald's you have lost your touch with your food and your customers, your orders used to be quick, hot, fresh and fast neither of which happened tonight.

Orders are usually always fast ,no problems. The man who has been here for YEARS who may have down syndrome or something similar is always so so sweet and does an excellent job! I do not mean this comment to be rude at all i just do not know his name. I remember him working here when i was a child he has the best customer service skills and positive attitude.
