Tacos and Beers - Playas De Rosarito

Stopped by last Friday for beer and fish tacos. Simple, delicious and cheap. Will definitely be back again!

After walking past this small beachfront restaurant for several years, I finally stopped to checkout the menu today at lunchtime. They offer breakfast including omlets, pancakes, and waffles. The main attraction are various tacos fried or grilled. I had two grilled fish tacos and a cold beer. Customers sit on bar stools outside and eat at the counter. Nice views of the beach and ocean. There is parking for cars but I suspect that most diners walk up from the beach. The restaurant also offers quesadillas and the fillings include fish, chicken and beef. This is a very casual little restaurant open from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. and is located just off the beach in downtown Rosarito Beach. My bill came to $4.00 and I will definitely be back several more times this summer. I definitely recommend for their fish tacos and the restaurant appears to be very clean.

We like to 'drop ' by and indulge in the carnitas or asada tacos and a tall cold one. The food is tasty, the service is good and friendly.
