Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe wait time was incredibly lengthy, and to make things worse, they couldn't provide any information on when my coffee would be ready. The staff member at the counter informed me that they couldn't specify a time, only that it would be ready soon. By that point, I had already been waiting for 15 minutes. I ended up receiving my coffee after 20 minutes, which is far too long to wait for a simple coffee order.
I would appreciate it if the baristas at this location took a moment to confirm orders and drink modifications instead of responding indifferently, as if they have more pressing matters to attend to. Today was the 100th time I left with regular milk instead of the almond milk I specifically requested and paid for. If they could just take a little extra time to verify orders, it would save them time and reduce waste from having to remake drinks. This small change would enhance both customer service and their budget, especially during times of shortage. I make the drive from Hayward to visit this location because the service there is also quite poor, but unfortunately, with the recent changes in baristas, the service here has begun to decline as well.
This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Every time I reluctantly stop by, the drive-thru crawls along at a glacial pace, and mobile ordering doesn’t seem to make a difference either. It feels like things move in slow motion here. You could place your order, drive across town to another Starbucks to grab a coffee, and then come back, and you’d still be waiting.
I had a terrible iced caramel macchiato at this place. It didn’t have any caramel flavor at all. When I asked the staff about it, they simply handed me some syrup.
The woman at the register spoke with a lovely accent and was very kind. Unfortunately, the bar staff did not share the same level of warmth. They forgot to add half-and-half to my drink, which wasn’t a huge deal, but when I asked for it, the woman responded with an unpleasant look. When I later asked if they could add whipped cream since everything had already mixed together, a man named Vince reacted by saying, "Again?! You're the one who poured half-and-half all over it?" To top it off, when I requested a straw, he tossed it to me. It’s really disheartening to be treated this way when I was only trying to be polite.
