Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe green tree, a pearl of fresh, Swabian home cooking, must be tasted once. Cheap lunches and evening meals delight each swab heart. For Schleckermäuler there is a convincing map with homemade desserts. Once again, it was really fun for solid home cooking. What was closer to the three-legged house of the Green Tree in Plochingen, one of my first reviews, which were still a little bit thirsty and urgently need to rework. The restaurant is easily accessible by car. Parking is available in the underground garage on the market from 19:00 onwards. The walled-in old wood oven and the suspended intermediate ceiling that served the fermentation process create a homey atmosphere in the adjoining room. A very unusual, not everyday decoration. In the restaurant, women give the tone, both in the kitchen and in the service, and this ensures a certain appeal. The place is very popular in Plochingen. Since it has only 40 25 15 seats, I strongly recommend early booking especially for the next room. Operation The service received me very friendly. She didn't have to wait long with the menu and inquired with loving Saxon accent according to my desire for drinks. Since I always drink a hostage cellar pils from the barrel I ordered immediately contrary to my habit. Magnificently tapped it after a pleasant waiting period I can't get quick gifted beers. Also the ordered food and dessert came after a reasonable time. The desired change in supplements was accepted without any condition. In the meantime, she constantly inquired whether everything was fine or whether I still had wishes. I couldn't resist the temptation to resist the offered cherry water ice cream. The food I love handwritten menus, even if the snorkels are sometimes difficult to deciphered. With the help of the operation, the selected dish was to be defined as chilischnitzel from the pork back. I decided because on the one hand I liked the price €11.50 and I did not know the combination until then. The late zle although hand-cabed I preferred the roast potatoes I knew from the past and which still looked as delicious as a look at the side table advised. The Schnitzel natural butter soft and juicy roasted, decorated with slices of green chilies, sponge in a homemade red chilli sauce that is pleasant to me, must say, however, that I also know very sharp dishes and love, so be careful with aversion to sharpness. The frying potatoes were golden brown roasted comme il faut and tasted excellent. Positive, they were served in a separate bowl and could be tipped in dosed form. Add to this a wonderfully fresh host cellar pils with Kaiserkrone 2,80 € heart what you desire more. The crowning conclusion was a homemade cherry water ice cream apple cinnamon spade with cherry water in Guglhupfform beautifully decorated with cream toas and Physalis 4,50 €. Many of our dishes are now also gluten-free... Another very important note. The wine list contains no bottle wines, but only a considerable selection of chocolate wines 1⁄4 litres, 6 white wines, 6 rosé wines, 11 red wines between € 3.30 4.50 . An absolutely old Swabian tradition lives here again. Another nice gesture is the accompanying instructions for the production of hand-cabed late zle and the necessary utensils late zlebrett, scraper. Water pot and apron, especially for newcomers. With regard to the price performance ratio, I give 4 stars, taking into account the tender presentation. The ambience The entrance area with the traditional wind catch is original. Instead of conventional partitions, old door leaves with structural glass inserts were used. Train air when new guests enter is thus largely avoided. The guest room has about 25 seats, the next room 15, small but very shaky. The feminine very pleasant handwriting appears everywhere. The old fish grater parquet is bright and top seasoned. On the walls pretty pictures art prints of old masters and copper engravings ? . A bit of puppet tuberomatic dolls and dolls on the shelves must also not be missing, but everything is discreet in a tolerable frame. Magnificent the old cast iron stove, which is obviously still used to judge the fireplace connection. The tables polished beech wood glue plates with bistro table feet are also a few newer frames below. Antiquarian pendant lights or successful imitations are hanging from the ceilings with milk glass umbrellas, which could spread a very pleasant light, I could not photograph because of the other guests. The next room is the old bakery. The front wall completely takes in the old, walled wood oven in classic blue white, which unfortunately is no longer functional, but nevertheless creates a very homely atmosphere. A suspended ceiling, which used to presumably served the fermentation process, now stacks old bakery utensils. The toilets are also special. It begins with the setup of the pre-space. An old mirror with a polished dresser on which a bowl with candy awaits the customers. Also in the toilet rooms here men's toilet loving assesoires, a print of the bouquet of Chagall, white cloth towels, hand balm and wet towels are to be found there, a rarity in this genre. And all embarrassingly clean. The audience is very mixed. However, more set vintages probably due to the pensioner quarters 3,30 € . Toilets 5 guest rooms 3.5 makes 4,25 thus 4 cleanliness The place is very well maintained despite the many dirt traps, as are the toilets. Not even on the lampshades was a crumb of dust. Cover, glasses and cutlery polished to high gloss. More is done here than just the dishwasher is cleared out. Also here is obviously the feminine scepter at work.

The pre-report of klaus is now somewhat overhauled, but we were equal to positiw, even though we do not get into the pleasure of eating and as it is currently with ice preparation, we do not know. within a sympathetic and Swabian (in positive sense) economy with hand-resistant, Swabian cuisine everything is there! as in the pretty, small pedestrian zone, with the direct parking is of course nothing, because I mean having seen some tables before the summer.
Very tasty eating and always friendly service staff. the card is balanced and they can eat well on the afternoon and evening. the prices are reasonable and the mood is always very resolved.
We came by chance and were totally enthusiastic. from the outside rather expect a super-tollous ambiente. everything is self-made, even the ice to dessert. seasonal there was a very good frying. otherwise there is everything that makes the Swedish heart beat higher, maize bags, roasted and even crispy and sweet with crispy bratkartoffeln. the local has filled quickly, so is recommended to reserve. ah yes, dog-friendly they are there too!
