Burger King - Plymouth

Went through the drive through, only two cars in front of me, only ordered 2 whoppers fries and drinks, literally took almost 20 minutes to get our food. Should not be considered a fast food restaurant if that’s the best service they offer. Had time to read some reviews (while I’m waiting in line)of this Burger King and seems this is a problem for this place. As far as the food it was just okay, both burgers and one order of fries was cold.

Just curious if the employee's know what a broom and mop is for, plus maybe a bucket of bleach water and rag to wipe table's, how is this place either allowed to stay open.

Service was very slow ? even though no one was on the drive thru or inside. We were the only customers. The girl behind the counter did not listen when we ordered and add cheese and forgot to remove pickles ?. Food was decent. It was sloppily put together. Look does not effect taste. There were a lot of employees in the building. The ones in the back, some in the lobby cleaning, some on lunch and one that sounded and appeared to be on a date while at work.

Just passed through town on way to OBX and drive-thru was very slow (almost 15 mins). The service was just fine, and everyone was friendly. However, the food was quite messy as it seemed like the sandwiches were just slapped together.

This is one of the slowest fast food restaurants i have ever been to. Everytime I stop, by no matter how many cars are in the drive thru, I am waiting 20-45 minutes. Food is fine, nothing horrible about it, just incredibly slow
