I am giving this restaurant a one-star rating solely based on the bar staff who completely ruined my evening. The receptionist was pleasant, although they had to turn away my friend for not having her ID. The security team handled difficult customers well. However, at the bar, I felt like I was being served by a character from a comedy show. When I asked to smell the wine before ordering, the young woman with discolored hair seemed annoyed and had a terrible attitude. She served me a cheap bottle of Pinot Grigio that smelled awful, so I asked for a Chardonnay instead. When I tried to return the first glass, the bartender was nowhere to be found. When I finally approached her, she was dismissive, rude, and refused to replace the drink. I was polite and reasonable in my request, so her behavior was upsetting. I'm not sure how she even got hired at this establishment.

This restaurant had random fruit machines that only had one feature all night and gave very small payouts. I won't be returning anytime soon.

The restaurant has remained consistent over the years. The staff is friendly and provides table service while you play. Your experience may vary, as sometimes you win and sometimes you don't.

Great place, had a decent night out here. Would definitely revisit in the near future

Most of the machines are down and have to wait ages for them to fix it.
