Lokal - POGGIBONSI

We were traveling from Pisa to Montepulciano and hit a Huge rain/hail/thunderstorm and decided to get off the highway and get food. It was nearing 15:00 when most places close and we took A chance this was open so glad we did! I ordered the lasagna, Sexy husband got the chicken cacciatore. Both were excellent! The lasagna was very soft and creamy, definitely softer than I am used to, but it was very tasty. His chicken was excellent!!! Not full of green pepper like home, but spiced with paprika. So tender and tasty! Two meals with two very generous pours of House Red, €28! Bargain! The menu was on a chalk board (sorry forgot the picture) so it seems like it changes daily. I highly recommend it!!! Convenient to the highway. Easy on and off.
