Panda Express - Polk County

The people were super rude… just talking and standing around while I’m at the window looking at them took forever to package my food then when I start eating A BABY FREAKING ROACH IS IN MY FOOD moving which means a million more somewhere else in this

Good food…just like at other Panda Express locations. Bathroom was a little dirty.

I went to this store yesterday. I placed a pick up order and gosh am I disappointed, I requested a platter with rice, walnut shrimp, and broccoli or as they call it, super greens. By the time I got home I realized I did not get my broccoli and there was literally 9 pieces of chopped walnut on my “shrimp walnut “

WORST STAFF EVER! NASTY ATTITUDES! If i could give 0 stars I would. The attitude the employees have is so nasty and disrespectful. First we came inside around 9:50 to be met with the girl behind the coumter first ignoring us for a few minutes laughing with the other workers. Then she proceeds to ask what we want while rolling her eyes because how dare we come at this time. Told us they were out of alot of things and it would take way too long to cook anything even though the drive thru is opened until 1030. We leave, go through the drive thru and are told to wait which we were fine with. When the same girl thay was behind the counters brings our food I ask for sauce and she tells me to go through the drive thru and ask for it and shuts the door in my fave and turns and walks away smirking. Definitely do not recommend.

I ordered and paid for a double pepper steak and rice. There’s literally three pieces in the second slot. That’s supposed to be a whole servings worth? Honestly it seems like they were at the end of the bin and didn’t want to bother to refill before finishing off this order. I come here occasionally, and order the same thing, and have always felt the serving was adequate but not this time.
