Barbol - Pontevedra

We came to have dinner. Located in the old town. The menu its wide so you can choose many things (meat, fish, salads, tapas.. . The ambientation its nice. They offer a free tapa (good with your drink. The croquetas and the fried chicken wings weren’t good (2/3 things we ordered.. .

We arrived at Barbol only a few minutes before closing. We had just completed a leg of hiking the Camino de Santiago and were exhausted and hungry. The bartender/waiter was kind enough to get an order placed in the kitchen in time and was patient while we finished our food. We had chorizo with fries which were similar to other places, and a caprese salad, which was excellent. If you are familiar with restaurants in Galicia, the food is great, but really good salads are hard to find. There are no pictures to share because we devoured everything as soon as he brought it to the table.

Menú del día abundante y rico rico. En época de carnavales, caldo gallego y código, con bebida pan y postre 13,50. Fuimos con una peque y nos pusieron medio menú para ella. Muy bien.

Un local bonito en una ciudad bonita. Fuimos muy bien atendidos, nos hicieron sentir cómodos. Disfrutamos de unos platos sencillos, pero bien elaborados , abundantes y servidos calentitos en un día frío. Los callos y el revuelto de setas son buenísimos. En general todo perfecto.

Comida muy rica...los callos increíbles...y la atención de Matías genial
