Buffalo Wild Wings - Poplar Bluff

Was seated and that was it!!!! All the waitresses and no one came to take our drink order for 12 minutes then another couple came in and they were seated and then a waitress came and took their drink order. So we left!!! We ate there a few times a month, but never again. Always had great service till today, 31 July 2022 Sunday! Must be the lazy crew!!!! Not like anyone will miss or care about us never going again. But it still should be reported!!

I popped in for lunch recently, since I was craving spicy chicken, and I was not disappointed. Most of the options were pricey, but they had a reasonably priced lunch menu I decided to order from and got a combo of boneless wings and fries. The selection of sauces is very varied, but most may be too hot for some. The restaurant itself had a good atmosphere of a sports bar type of place, and the staff were friendly.

Service is much better since improving the mobile order pickup experience. For that reason alone, I am increasing the rating from 3 to a 4. The food itself is mediocre. Lacks homestyle love.

Tried to put in an order, but the kitchen was already closed (which i completely understand). However, the girl that answered the phone was very rude and short with me.
