Sonic Drive-in - Poplar Bluff

We ordered a Chocolate Covered Strawberry milkshake and it was melted when we got it. Instead of bringing it when it was ready, they waited until the order of the car next to us was ready so they could bring both orders at the same time.

Used the Sonic app. Everything was as it should be.

Ordered a burger and told them light mayo they gave me a burger with only catchup and mayo, and the mayo wasn't even light. The one around the corner has better service, better food, and they have never gotten my order wrong.

Constantly leaves things off your order when you order on the app and tries to charge you extra for it. This time when I asked for the rest of my order I was met with rudeness.
