We are on a twilight tour trip and we’re ending it at Bella Italia, which we planned our final day around. We had called a month ahead a made a reservation for Friday 8/30, and when we arrived we were extremely disappointed to see that the business was closed for Labor Day weekend. A heads up would have been nice since we made reservations so long ago.
We were forgotten at our table for over 20 minutes after being initially seated. I felt the menu was fairly limited. Food was good but not special
Like many, visited because of twilight and so excited to try the mushroom ravioli. FYI this is not the restaurant that she actually ate at. Staff was friendly. Coming as a Canadian you will be greatly disappointed. Food was bland. The ravioli was undercooked and came in a bowl of milk. It’s like they put milk in a frying pan and called it a day. Our bill came to over $150 Canadian, with us barely eating anything. Not sure how this is the same “famous ravioli” that Bella ate.
Our server RJ was nice when he first came to our table. But we saw him twice before having to ask for boxes. He took our order and brought our drinks that’s it. Never saw him again until we needed boxes. The food runner asked us if we needed anything, brought cheese, etc. The hostess asked if we wanted dessert and how we wanted our bill split. The food was SO bland. No flavor at all not even salt! We took our leftovers home and added seasoning and sauces ourselves! For the price I expected far better. If this place wasn’t associated with Twilight I doubt they’d still be open. This was a huge disappointment.
