Red Lobster - Port Charlotte

I absolutely adore the biscuits at this restaurant. The lobster and shrimp are also delicious. I'm not a fan of the Italian food or steak they offer, but I keep coming back for the endless shrimp dishes at Red Lobster. It was a fantastic experience while it lasted. Some may see it as a chain restaurant, but I find the food to be quite tasty. Grabbing some biscuits and shrimp in garlic butter is all I need for a satisfying meal.

I have to say, this Red Lobster is probably one of the best I have ever visited! The Cheddar Bay biscuits were just out of the oven and absolutely delicious. The Ultimate Feast was fantastic, although the 7oz. Sirloin was a bit chewy, it was still cooked perfectly.

We came to this restaurant for my mom's birthday (her choice!) and, as other reviews mentioned, we had a slight delay waiting for the hostess to come to the stand. However, once we were seated, everything was fantastic! Our server was excellent, the food was delicious, our drinks were promptly refilled, and my mom's birthday dinner was a hit! This was probably the best experience I have ever had at any Red Lobster! I'm so glad everything turned out well, and my mom had a happy birthday!

My wife and I went to late lunch 3 :30 the establishment wasn't busy good time to eat. She ordered the lobster and shrimp me salmon and salad. The food was good prepared well hot tasty. I had a beer wife old fashion she's had better. The waitress was friendly but professional she didn't go out of her way to check on us as ALl servers do especially as I said the place was empty. RL is going through financial problems like many in the food industry not our favorite place wife needed lobster.

Last Friday we decided to try something we have not tried in a long time. We went to the Red Lobster in Murdock Circle at 1331 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte. We were pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and we were seated promptly. Our server, Jailene, brought us our menus and got us our drinks. She was professional and helpful. We asked about the Shrimp Your Way and after she explained to us how it worked, we both decided to get that. My wife ordered Coconut shrimp and Walt's Favorite a and I ordered the Crispy Dragon Shrimp and coconut shrimp as well. They brought us a complimentary basket of biscuits, which were delicious. When they brought our meal. it was obvious they had my order wrong because instead of coconut shrimp, they brought me Walt's Favorite. Our server apologized and quickly corrected the error and I got my coconut shrimp. By the way, the Crispy Dragon Shrimp was fantastic and the pineapple sauce they served with the coconut shrimp was to die for. We were very happy with our meal and with the professional staff that handled our service. I feel it is a really good option. It is not fancy and the prices are reasonable. Even though they are a chain, they are a solid place to enjoy yourself. I would recommend them with a 4 out of 5.
