Tim Hortons - Port Coquitlam

I always loved the aroma and taste of Tim Horton but some places they serve in cups which are not so good quality.

Food was good but the service was a little pathetic not too sure if they are rushed or feeling overstressed, because when I leave the ordering screen and pick up my food at the pick up window, there’s always something wrong never correct maybe you lack of staff I’m not 100% sure I just know that there’s everything is correct on the screen. They always seem to be rushing you off to go pick up your food on the other end which is never correct like Saturday I got a large coffee and they gave me a small.

Coffee was fine. I go to work for 01:00 in the morning. Have ordered donuts and timbits for the crew on 4 sepeate occasions and was told each time no donuts no tidbits. With no explanation. Will be looking for a Tim's that actually provides the products I am looking for.

Well it's a timmies, but it's really clean and tidy, the staff are extremely friendly. It's a great spot for that essential morning coffee with a quick bite to eat. Great atmosphere relaxed

This was the worst tim Hortons. My bagel wasn't toasted. I called and she said she would replace my Bagel and give me my money back. When I came back she told me she wouldn't give me my money back cuz she didn't remember saying that. The girl who re made my bagel threw it in the toaster. And rolled her eyes. I hope the manger see this. I'm going to complain to the higher ups. That's not okay how your staff treat customers. And no napkins. You give the guy behind me the brown bag of napkins and don't even re fill it. Worst place ever. Thanks very much
