The workers in this restaurant are absolutely terrible. the service is terrible, and when we complained to the manager (arthur), he was rude and unhelpful. avoid this place to all cost.
Pier 35 has great food and a beautiful outlook. The staff was friendly but none of them wore masks. As a result most customers also didn't bother with them when they left their tables. The women's toilets were filthy at the start of the night...and the front glass door was covered in finger prints where you needed to touch it to enter. We felt very unsafe. Come on guys put a bit of effort into trying to be covid safe. We won't be surprised if we get a close contact notification in the next few days. That will ruin the holiday we have planned next week. Not worth it. Just don't go. there's plenty of great places who are putting an effort in top keep us safe
Had a really great lunch here on Saturday. Sat in the marque by the river. Great view with great affordable food. Had the spaghetti marinara which was one of the best we have had. Good range of wine available. Our waiter Nick was helpful and...attentive.
Six members of my family attended this restaurant on a Thursday night and were pleasantly surprised. Pier 35 was tucked away off Lorimer Street in Pprt Melbourne. The food was reasonably priced, the service was great and we sat in the marquee on the waterfront...on a lovely mild night. The inside of the restaurant was above standard with real white tablecloths. Everyone enjoyed their food and it was an enjoyable night out. Thumbs up
