Zak's Pizza and Grill

Finally, a good pizza restaurant in the area! Aberfoyle Park has spawned many average takeout options that we will not be returning to.

I absolutely love their pizza! I'm pretty sure they recognize me by name because I'm such a frequent customer.

I've ordered take away twice from Zak's now using their app, and both times have been a shambles. Tonight I ordered a crispy chicken burger and received a different burger. Not happy!

Came here as a group. Ambience was good, some of the burgers were cold amd had a soggy base, pizza was under cooked. Drinks took ages to come out, which were beers. So didn't have to be made up. Only highlight were the great chips. Very nice. The service was friendly but disorganised. Perhaps keep staff zoned to certain areas: till, bar, kitchen etc

We chose this place at random, but glad we did. We didn't book as it was a Thursday evening, however it was Zak's birthday and the place was packed. The staff were very accommodating, the food was great, burgers, pizza and steak. They also have a great selection of craft beers. Will definitely be back in the future
