Mcdonald's - Port Orange

French fry was 1/2 empty, called the store andthey told me its not their issue and to call door dash.

I wish they sent all condiments requested. They just sent whatever they wanted. Food was fresh and delish.

If it wasn't for mikey (manager mike) that would have been a 1 star. so ship forms mcdonald’s and they better appreciate their phenomenal employees who are indifferent to the rest of the staff. thank you. mikey, we were so satisfied with their courtesy and professionalism.

Five stars alone because of employee Ronnie. Looked at his name tag after he literally made a point to make an average dinner trip to McDonald’s special for my daughter. He overheard her say she wanted a certain toy for her happy meal and he went above and beyond to get that exact toy to give to her and to make her feel special. I also watched him clean up a mess made by another small child (accidentally) and he really made the child feel like it wasn’t a big deal as he cleaned it up with a smile. He really seems like an amazing employee and it really made my daughters night. Thank you Ronnie! ?

Fries were cold and not full… looks like they ran out of fries and didn’t care to make more.
