Avaliação da contribuiçãoEating is good, but 2 of the last 3 purchases they have messed up the order. they gave me not only 13 bagels. they forgot that thing, but they accused me. an order that I picked up, I should get 4 brot bowls and got only 2. check their order at this place. but they lose when it is a delivery. uber gave me a loan of $5 for panra forget the cream cheese. they have made it again with another failed delivery. this time they forgot the cookie. 75 percent of the time they order are wrong.
Prices have risen dramatically and they never seem to get the order right. they accused me for a pick-up 2 but only one pick-up 1 and when I asked about my suppe, it took a few minutes to get it. I was told I didn't pay for it. So suppening to times are really thin. they bring back the strawberry rhubarb bakeries.
When they plan to go out of business, they go ahead and tell their customers. last year the service and quality of my eating has gone downhill. how often do you have to say that their loudspeakers are broken in the drive-thru? then to do the manager as if he had never heard that they were broken. Give me a break and it's always a good thing to get the food they ordered to the suppe they ordered in the taste that they ordered it too badly they met or miss it. we will try another location, and if it proves to be the same, they have constantly lost a budget of customers.
Ordered by uber isst. 3 bagels that I was charged extra for cream cheese and that's what we get. burned cuddly bagels that are cold and simply thrown into the bag with retainers of cream cheese and utensils that are thrown on them. disgusting
After receiving my text that my order was ready. I went in to pick it up and it was not at the rapid pickup cube. I then went to the register to ask about my order. 8 employees walked up and by me and not one of them acknowledged that I was there. Finally after about 5 minutes someone came up and asked if I needed help. Customer service sucks. I understand these places get busy, but at least say hello I'll be right with you. I felt invisible. Not cool Panera, not cool. Do better. I wasn't going to say anything. But this is my second trip to this place and the first time I had a similar situation.
