Dunkin' - Port Wentworth

Drive through window took forever, had to repeat order through the speaker box many times before getting it right. When got order, food was all wrong and coffee was not good

Recently through the drive through, I had an extra large french vanilla hot coffee accidentally spill into my lap! Whether it was the flimsy lid, a quick reach, or that it was 530 am and I was still half asleep that made it happen, the worker could not have been more kind, asking if I was ok and immediately getting me a brand new cup of coffee. I love Dunkin so much. And now my car smells like french vanilla! Haha

Not sure what the point of being open until 9 if no worker inside the store will say a word at drive thru from 8:30 or later. Sit there for 5 minutes tod

The staff is ok I went to the drive thru area and this guy threw my bag in the car and shut the window.

I love this Dunkin and I am a regular. Except today when I came through the drive thru, a young blonde who didn’t have a name tag but a gulfstream shirt on was taking care of us. Through the process, she kept the window open and was very rude to her fellow coworker, Mr miles which really made me upset for mr miles as you can see he was still barely new and it definietly bothered him! I couldn’t believe my eyes when the lady taking care of me snatched the ticket from his hand after telling him to “remember if there’s two people up here one person should be taking and making the orders and the other one should be stocking” Mind you, she wasn’t the quickest to taking our order. I just thought I should speak up for him!
