Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe just have a really bad experience today . We are a team driver with my brother . Got here and got a full tank of gas and want to take a shower . First I got my shower and my brother was going to take a shower but there is a one rude lady who is drivingin the gas station(toyota Camry)and tell us to leave , she was really disrespectful and . We are regular , member of pilot andflying J customer . This is not acceptable. I was even not blocking anywhere but she is just following us and tell us to leave .Just trying to make little more money, this is not okay for big company like a pilot . I even try to pay but she didn?t acceptpayment from me but accepting from other drivers . Never come back here . She is around 40 years old but still don?t know how totalk with people!!!
Pay to park there is nothing at 1600 I had paid for parking. But 2000 hrs. Open pay to park. But good luck getting into fuel or out. Drivers are parked everywhere but pay to park. Where is management???
The staff seems unprofessional and unmotivated. I received a notification from the app that I was next for a shower, but I noticed that no one was cleaning. When I asked a staff member about it, she responded rudely and informed me that the showers were closed until 6 in the morning. Additionally, parking is a nightmare. The place could definitely benefit from new management—someone who appreciates their job and is more customer-friendly.
I will be contacting corporate about my disappointing experience, and honestly, I would give it no stars if that were an option. The staff were quite rude. I was parked in a bobtail and had limited time, out of the way and not bothering anyone, yet an employee walked past ten semi-trucks that weren’t in designated parking spots just to tell me to move. I could understand if I was truly blocking something or someone, but there were trucks parked for the night at fuel pumps that weren’t even functioning. The place has very few parking spaces, most of which are paid, and for a business that primarily serves truckers, it's surprising that they treat them so poorly. If you’re going to build a truck stop, at least make sure there’s enough parking available.
The staff was lovely and cheerful, even while working during the holiday shift. They sincerely apologized for running low on some items for my Thanksgiving event and generously offered me alternatives at no charge. Their kindness made the experience fantastic.
