Slice - Portland

The pizza slices are generously sized, and they heat them up for you on a wood-fired grill. We visited on a Sunday around 6 PM and found that there weren't many flavor options available. We were advised to try the chicken Thai pizza, but unfortunately, we couldn’t sample it. However, the meat lovers and cheese pizzas were both enjoyable! This spot is definitely a must-visit for thin crust pizza enthusiasts.

There were about six or seven pieces of pizza already sitting on the counter—some pepperoni, a meat slice, a couple of cheese, and a buffalo chicken slice. I took the remaining pepperonis. The guy took what felt like forever (around 7 to 10 minutes) to heat them up before putting them in a box. When I asked for packets of Parmesan or chili flakes, he looked confused and said they didn’t have anything like that. After walking across the street to eat the pizza, both my wife and I could only manage two bites each—it was hard, burnt, and totally flavorless. At $6 a slice, it felt like a total rip-off. There are definitely much better dining options in the Old Port area.

This is a great spot for a quick pickup while strolling through town or for a budget-friendly lunch meetup. It's super fast and casual but still delicious!

Avoid this place as the pizza is wrong. No flavor, over priced more than. NY city slice and if the pizza was any less substantial it would not exist.

Nothing special about this place and very over priced, but I keep coming back for a late night meal after drinks. It is the perfect drunk food, even though being overpriced. There isn't many other options for quick, late night food (which Portland should do better at), but I do come here sometimes and the pizza is good. It's not great but many different options and decent. Just have to know what you are getting in to, and if you come here after the bars get out good luck, because the line is out the door. I would come right before the bars close to beat the rush!
