No customer service no friendly smile no personality no nothing just take your money and here you go bye??‍

If I could give this specific location 1 star I would. I’m tired of getting food from here, paying for multiple meals and ONLY receiving my smoothies. I’ve had this same issue multiple times with this location and this one alone! I am beyond tired of the poor service here.

This may be a one-off, but service was slow today despite having 3 people working. My Drink was an online order and I noticed it was definitely ready when I walked in. But not a single person greeted me and I tried telling one girl that all I needed was my drink and she turned and walked to the back. Another customer came in and they greeted her and asked if she placed an order ToGo and she said no she was about to place an order, they didn't say anything and just turned and walked away towards the back. That customer ended up leaving and mentioned just going to WaWa instead.not sure what was happening today.

I would have given this review at minimum 4 stars, but it's frustrating when you spell out your name, and they still spell it wrong. Attention to detail matters!

Trash they need a mature over sight! Updated 11/01/23 the food was wet soggyin up my jerk wrap I hate that this place is option you wasted my money yet again to point I downgraded your past review to 1 star and I’m warning everybody who cares about quality stay away it’s not here!
