British Beer Company- Portsmouth

We were lucky to arrive just before the crowds. The fried pickles were decent, but appeared to have been frozen. It was a shame because the two sauces that came with them were delicious. Our salads were fresh and tasty. My husband liked his beer. The Rose wine was not great, but the Chardonnay was enjoyable. Overall, not bad for the price, but I would recommend going elsewhere if you have the time.

The food was excellent, with a fantastic selection of beers. The service was outstanding. What more could you want?

The pub food was good. While it may not be traditional British cuisine, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. It's a nice spot for a casual meal, but the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes.
