They take the order, collect the money, and submit the order without providing positive service. This may be acceptable if the restaurant is busy, but if they are the only customer present, it is poor customer service.
I used to enjoy the 3-piece meal at this restaurant, but now it's half the size it used to be! The burger was much smaller and the days of overflowing fries are long gone. It's better to opt for a happier meal option.
We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. None of our orders were prepared as we requested. The chicken burgers arrived without any salad or sauces and were cold. Our kebabs were also cold and lacked flavor, with minimal salad. I had requested salad and chili, which were not included, and specifically asked for no pickles, but that's all we received. Despite our complaints, no refund was offered. We will not be ordering from this establishment again.
How dry as 2 days old frying in the oil drop it can not hard hard hard hard harden never eat again.
I was looking for zero star for this place. The worst customer service I ever experienced. Rude staffs and poor quality food. I hope the owner take some action before his business go down . They done ever read the note on your order. I have mentioned in the note that on delivery please call not to knock on the door , the delivery driver banging on the door 1am. Woke everybody in the house. On top of that missing drink on my order and when I called them, I was shocked how rude and not even an apology. The food was not good at all, over cooked burger, dry chips . If you want good burgers good customer service go to ALI BABA. DONT BUY ANY FOOD AT KENS KEBAB.
