Mcdonald's - Poteau

The food at this restaurant is reliably tasty, typical of most McDonald's locations. However, the management could benefit from some enhancements. The service tends to be on the slower side, but given the youthful staff members, this is understandable.

I would not recommend using curbside pickup at this restaurant. My soda was watered down and my fries were cold after waiting 23 minutes. I was puzzled by the slow service, especially since there were no cars in the drive-thru. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed the staff were not being productive. They need to work on improving their efficiency.

The food remains consistently delicious no matter which location you visit.

My husband went to order just the bundle meals they have. He has always asked for the sauce and has never had any problems paying for them. When he got to the window to pay he asked if he could get a few and had money in his hand to pay for it. The cashier, which was a younger man, told him if he wanted the sauce he would either have to come in and buy them or drive back through with another order he had already closed out the order before my husband had even paid!!We have never been treated like that ever at any place. Poor customer service equals just as poor food. And all of our food was ice cold and stale on top of all that.

Mcdonald's used to be the cheap place to eat on the road not anymore.
