Goldene Krone - Pottenstein

Hi traveler, Had a wonderful time we spent at this restaurant which is just on the main street and easily accessible at Pottenstein. The surrounding area of this restaurant is so beautiful that I couldn 't imagine. Food is simply delicious and service is excellent. Actually, we had a booking earlier and Restaurant owner is simply waiting to welcome us on arrival it 's really wonderful and noticeable. Well, I tried Italian Spaghetti along with healthy dressed salads and potato smash which is mouthwatering and very delicious. Oh! the famous 'Waizen ' draft beer is really refreshing. Thanks to the restaurant management for extending delicious food :

Only the place where we could find Christmas open. Food was very nice and a lot of it. The staff was nice, cozy.

We ate here for the one night we stayed in Pottenstein. The restaurant overlooked the main street/square. We sat outside as it was such a lovely evening, the tables were very full but the waiter showed us to a table that had another couple seated there and asked them if we could share which they said we could. The meal was promptly served and was delicious, we both had pork medallions in a cream sauce. We would definitely return.

...when we are there, we unfortunately saw no sign that the private function went to INSIDE. People were sitting out there with drinks, so we took a seat. When the lady came, she was awfully unfriendly and didn't even offer us a drink, even though the outdoor tables had something to drink and were not part of the party. When we asked for another recommendation, it got worse. She referred to us at the local fair that takes place at this time. She said they were the best, but what is it when you are not serving food. Because she was so awfully unfriendly, I'm sure I never go there again.
